[Notes]
・This app can only be used by individual customers who have an Amagasaki Shinkin Bank savings account cash card. (A savings account that has been issued a cash card is required to register as a representative account.)
*Use for business purposes is not covered by this service.
・Only those who do not have an account with our bank can apply to open a savings account (general account). Please note that we may refuse to open an account based on our comprehensive judgment.
- Initial settings within the app are required to use the transfer function. SMS authentication is required for initial transfer settings, so please provide your mobile phone number to our bank. Customers who have not received a mobile phone number can apply using the customer information change function.
・If you have not completed the procedures such as identity verification, you will not be able to use some functions such as transfers and time deposits.
- With the customer information inquiry/change function, you can check delivery information such as the customer's address, phone number, and place of work. You can also apply for changes from the app.
*Depending on the details of the transaction, change procedures cannot be accepted using this app.
・When using this app, communication charges incurred when downloading and using the app will be borne by the customer.
